1. Damaged, Misprinted, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact Mur Mur Rum within 30 days after receiving the product.

2. Lost Packages

3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

Mur Mur Rum is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping information provided at checkout.

4. Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility may be eligible for reshipment at the customer’s expense, if reshipment is available.

Unclaimed returned shipments may be donated to charity after 30 days, depending on the fulfillment partner’s policy.

5. Returns Initiated by Customer

Please contact Mur Mur Rum before returning any product. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized returns will be accepted or processed.

Because many products are produced on demand, Mur Mur Rum does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, change of mind, preference-based returns, or accidental purchases.

Size exchanges and customer-requested returns may be offered at Mur Mur Rum’s discretion. If approved, the customer may be required to place a new order at the customer’s expense.

6. Sealed or Hygiene-Sensitive Goods

Certain sealed goods or hygiene-sensitive items, including but not limited to face masks or similar products, may not be eligible for return once opened or delivered.

Any returned product that is not suitable for resale due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons may be refused, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policy.

7. Personalized or Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error by Mur Mur Rum or our fulfillment partner.
